In addition, we represent public entities that have been sued under the New Mexico Tort Claims Act, which may encompass claims of premises liability, negligent operation of utilities, medical malpractice, and law enforcement liability.

Cannabis law is one of the most expansive and complex areas of law in the United States, largely because it remains federally illegal under the federal Controlled Substances Act while legal under New Mexico state law.
